So just over a year ago we got two Blackberry's on contract, we were made to sign a two year contract, both phones have been fine up until now, one of them just switched off this morning and would not turn back on either and would not charge. On going back to the store I was told the phone was out of warranty, I should rather take it to a private person to try and repair it as it would be cheaper, so the question is why must we sign a 2 year contract when the phone is "only guaranteed" for a year. We were going to take out a data contract but after being fleeced I think not. Now I am forced to pay or a phone that is rendered useless... Shame on you CELL C
