PHONE HAS NO SERVICE

I have always used MTN but took out a contract with CELL C through Bayport. The phone worked fine but as recently the phone has no network. I cannot receive sms, calls nothing cannot make calls or send text and cannot use the internet. The handset is a Samsung S3 Mini.

I am so frustrated with this phone i pay over R400 per month but cannot use the phone.
