Waiting almost Two weeks now for my Samsung S4!!

Went in to get a Contract, The weekend before last (around 5 July)
They said stock should be there in about 4 days
Went in after 4 days, No stock, So they said it would be here by next weekend (around 13 July)
Went in on Sunday (14 July) Still had no Stock
it's the 17th of July now, I've still not received any reason why there is STILL no stock or when there will be stock
