I went to a branch by July to cancel my contract as its was ending on August.protea garden branch assured me that the contract will b cancelled, August they deducted more money and when i called themthey Ssaid it's da last fee and i accepted that, September they deducted again and I was so furious and called them again they said I should fax proof of cancellation as they now denied the cancellation. I emailed the proof and waited for their response. They didn't bother to inform me what is going on. I ended up calling the head office and they also assured me that they r sorry for bad service and they will cancel as I was in a call with them. I also got a reference number for cancellation. I was so releaved bt unknowing that I wil b stil paying for for expired contact. I don't owe them anything as I paid my full 24 months and no longer using their SIM card bt I woke up today and got sms notification from the back Cell c deducted AGAIN.so wat now??? I am so filthy furious by poor service and empty promises that I got from cell c. I didn't sign up 4 this. Cell c is just one of those company who don't take CPA conduct serious
