I bought a dongle and Internet package a few years ago. I, however, seem to have very limited signal on it. I have had this problem in Rivonia, Parkmore and now Bryanston. I work from home so not having Internet access is not helping me at all. I have spoken to the call centre who have advised that 'I am not alone' and this problem is being looked at. This has been going on for a long time. Please advise when this will be rectified, if I need to upgrade my hardware as software was done recently or if you cannot help as I would then like to cancel my contract as it does not work?!
