My Wife has a contract with Cell C and she is no longer working, hence she requested in December 2012 to cancel the debit order on her account and I took over her account and paid via EFT every month since then and send confirmation faxes.

This month (End of June 2013) her services was suspended stating that she owe Cell C R40 for a debit order on her account that bounced. To steer clear of unnecessary stress I paid the R40 although we did not have to pay the R40 and I requested that my wife put in a request to cancel the debit order once again. At first the agent helping her said the reference SMS is confirmation that the debit order is cancelled and the following day another agent informed her that the debit order will go off again this month.
This is unacceptable, can I pleas e request that matter be addressed and that I be contact.
