ZERO RESPONSE TO BILLING ENQUIRY - 3rd REQUEST

These are the texts of 2 emails to yourselves... NONE of which have been responded to.
I have recently ported my number to Cell C and with it my contract
16 March 13-During my "sign up" discussions with Cell C staff I requested that I be able to pay my accounts (as above) by EFT rather than by debit order
At the time no problems were envisaged and I went ahead
I was informed that after the first "debit" went through, basically to confirm the existence of my account, it would be a formality to change the debit order to an EFT
When I underwent the "formality" however, I was informed that it was NOT possible for me to pay by EFT
After some dissatisfying dialogue, I was asked to motivate to have this arrangement ratified - i.e. EFT rather than debit order as my method of payment-INCLUDED IN MAIL
28 March 13-2nd REQUEST-I have just paid my month end accounts
However I am being precluded from paying your account
This because Cell C insists on a debit order as the only means of payment
Also, I have not had the courtesy of a reply to my email (dated 16th March 2013) - text below
When may I expect a response?
