Failure to provide me with Credits earned-2 years

Since 2011 I've been requesting credits from the university for subjects that I have passed in 2010. Last year on 8/10/2012, I sent through another email to the credits department. Portia Ngcobo then forwarded this email to Kgotatso Mtsamai on 2/1/2013, who forwarded it to Tom Zietzeling who then forwarded it to a section head (Mr Henning). Nothing was done to provide me with the exemptions up to the 15/2/2013 when I went to the Durban office to enquire and was told that my application will be resent to the credit department for approval. In June this year I write my final exam, after which I should obtain my degree, however my Credits are still an issue and a cause for concern. I've had no response from the university regarding my application for credits and it is becoming frustrating and worrisome. It has been 2 years and I hope that this problem is solved so that it has no effect on my graduation which I have worked hard for. I look forward to a response to my problem as soon as possible..
