After my complaint on Hello Peter 2 months ago the issue still isn't resolved. They billed me after my account was migrated to Prepaid, and Gerhard assured me that they will correct it. The next month they debited my account again. So Gerhard said they will pass a credit and make a payment to my account.
Well, I did received the credit note, but no credit to my account.
I think we should consider a class action suit against these guys because of all this ridiculous stories...
Please make my payment pronto of I might consider legal action
