False Adverstising, and Incompetencies

I applied for an upgrade via your online upgrade facility 16 July 2013 befor 12PM, note your services on there says that if the afforesaid requirement is met i woill get my delivery the next day. I spoke to your consultant Bonginkosi Makhubele and he re_affrimed such. I called in today 17 July 2013 to confirm delivery and was told that RAM delivery will deliver today. i asked for a reference and was told that one was not available and will get back to me with one. @ 10.01 AM i receive a text with a reference. I then called RAM and they advised that vodacom has not given any instructions for delivery as yet.
I called your call centre and they advised from the notes on the system that my application was only done on the 17 July 2013 (10:01am) and will only get my fone the following day (18/07/2013). I requested a callback from Bongi and he did and further confirmed that they will still deliver today after advising him what the previous consultant said.
he called me after an hour saying that his system went down and could not process the application therefore i will only get my fone on the 18/07/2013.
I cannot tolerate and imcompetencies displayed by yoyur staff.
