My upgrade was processed on 3 July. To date I am still waiting for my new phone and sim to be delivered. I have sent numerous emails and received no reason as to why I have not received my new phone. He only states that he will follow up and get back to me, this never happen. I have tried calling Kevin but only reach his voice mail. He never returned my calls.
I would like to cancel the upgrade of my contract due to the failure of MTN to deliver the goods.
