Inconsistent billing on Anytime200 Contract

Beginning of June I took out the Galaxy S4 promotion on the Anytime200 contract that gives you R200 airtime, 200mb and 100smses a month for R399.

I never received any invoice to let me know what my first installment would be, when the 1st of July came the amount went off was R1 100.00. As its now reaching the end of July and my next installment is about to go off and not receiving any invoice to let me know what my installment would be this month, I checked my balance and the next amount going off will be R800.00

I have a second number also under Mtn for my brother and his contract is also for R399 and this has been the amount that has been going off since January, can someone please explain to me why when I signed a contract for R399 and these incredibly rediculous amounts are going off and yet my brother has the same contract and the installment that goes off is correct at R399?

I never had these problems with Vodacom, and the only reason I migrated to Mtn when my contract with them expired was due Mtn's contract giving me more value for my money - WHICH HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE.

I have only been a client for over a month and this is the experience I am having.
