Incorrectly billed, no service

Hi, I had a tracker installed.
I cannot sign into the web interface and find it impossible to reach someone from cartrack.

In addition, my first installment deducted July 26th was for an amount of R 282.51, which I do not understand.
I have received no invoice and believe the amount to be incorrect, as the subsequent installment amount for Aug was correctly reflected as R219.00 in line with the contract.

Can anyone assist me?
