This is my first contract ever, my first month and the contract amount is R380 per month.
I asked the lady (Colette) who was assisting me to please set a limit on my account, so that I could only go over the limit by R50, because I wouldn't be able to afford any more than that per month.
Now I have received a statement that says payment due for my first installment is R1464.83
And I am already billed R732 for my second installment before I even make my first installment.
I took the contract because of the affordable R380 and the nice Samsung of course. And now this?
I only use my phone to go on facebook. And now I will not be able to use or do anything with the phone until I pay my second installment?
