Doctors Land Line - Pathetic Service

Have been having on and off issues with our landline for over 8 weeks now. The line works and then stops - each time there is a 3 or 4 day delay for the line to get up and running. When we call the call centre, the operator tells that a technician is on his way - which never happens. The current saga is now beyond irritating. After finally managing to get a half-wit techie to come out, they 'fix' the line and and 4 days later it gives up again. Somehow the entire physical line has come loose. We are now on day 6 of this current problem. THIS IS A DOCTOR'S LAND LINE - THIS IS NO SMALL MATTER. THE TECHIES / TEAM WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DELAY - IMAGINE IF YOUR LOVED ONE NEEDED MEDICAL CARE ONLY TO CONTINUELY GET AN ENGAGED TONE.
