I bought a blackberry phone on the 3rd of June 2013 at Dion Wired Woodmead, a month later the phone was giving me issues and was told to take it to Vodacom for repairs. On the 5th of July 2013 I took it in to the repairs centre, while on that note the consultant that assisted me was world class he gave me a such good service. I did receive an sms notifying me that my phone was in the quality assessment stage and that was it I heard nothing there after. Yesterday I decided to check on the progress and I was informed by the call centre agent that my phone was ready for collection on the 6th of July 2013 but no one bothered to inform me of this. Now I must spend yet another whole week without my phone as I can not go to Midrand to collect it during the week. Not impressed at all nxxxx!!!
