DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MEYERSDAL MALL VODASHOP

I was there on Saturday 13/07/2013 to activate a twin call sim card. I was told it will take max 24hrs. Till now 16/07/2013 it has not been activated. I then phoned Vodacom Customer Care to find out that my stuff has not even been submitted!!! I have left numerous messages for the consultants to phone me and yet to no prevail. I am still waiting for a call!!! 1 Maybe I should move my ENTIRE company account to another service provider!!!
