I have been a customer of cell c for may year i have been using the same number for nearly 10 years now regardless losing my phones, recently i took a contract with cell c for a nice package that came with free 2 Gigs worth of data loaded every month to my sim card however since i got the contract the sim card does not work i have tried going to the cell c shop in my area but they all give me the same excuse (passing the Buck) i even called the call centre spoke to a nice lady that tried to assist me (case Ref# 3022200482) and i was told that someone will get back to me within 3 days that was about a week ago as a client i believe i should not be running around for the service which i am paying now for the last time FIX YOUR SIM CARD AND BACK DATE MY DATA THE WONDERFULL RELATIONSHIP WE HAD FOR YEARS CAN/WILL BE MESSED UP BY JUST ONE INCIDENT. PLEASE LOAD AND FIX YOUR SERVICE
