I sent through my blackberry to be repaired at the beginning of March as it is still in warranty, no one called to give me feedback I eventually went back instore over a week later to enquire, i was then assisted to call the repairs dept, the guy on the phone told me I would have to pay to get the phone repaired as the buttons on the side had worn off, I told him that I didnt need that repaired I needed them to fix the phone and make it function and turn on again as it was just dead. He said it doesnt matter whether it was wear and tear that damaged the buttons they wont repair it as the buttons r worn. I asked why that has anything to do with the repair as the repair i needed done was internal and not external. He said it didnt matter they would not repair it. I am extremely frustrated as it feels as though they are just grasping at straws although phone is still in warranty. Please could someone assist with this... The imei number for the phone is 357558042210886 Karedi Motsau was very indifferent. I am utturly disgusted with the way MTN has treated me this year although I have been a loyal custome for many years. :(
