Where to start!! First it was banking details that were not changed as requested, then it was debit dates that were not change as requested on FOUR (4) different occasions. First I asked at the MTN shop at Garden Route Mall and then by dialing 808... How many times and how many different ways should one ask for something to be done?!?! By MTN failing to change my debit date as requested I now have a bad credit record with the bank as well as all the extra bank charges that go along with a failed debit x 4!!! It is rediculous!!! in fact MTN is the sole cause for me not being able to pay my contract!!! THEY are the ones debiting incorrectly after I have asked many times for the debit date to be changed. Next step, OMBUDSMAN!!!
