7 months ago I requested my line to be moved to my new residential address. At which stage it was explained to be me that there is no infrastructure but it would be in place by the 5th of May, but more than likely it would be sooner. so I waited at May came and went at which stage a phone in and followed up every week. Every time i was told that my query has been escalated and that someone would phone me in the next 4-6 hours. I have phone atleast 1 once a week for 2 month being told everytime I will receive a call back. I still havn't spoken to anyone and am in the dark as to when and how I can get my line.
