Visited your shop 2 weeks ago, and was promised you will send me a list of available contracts within 10min. This never happened.

Visited you again last week to change from Contract to Prepaid. I completed ALL the forms, brought in ALL the documentation because it is a business phone, and I was promised that it will change to prepaid within 2-3 days, and that I will be notified by SMS when this happens.
This never happened.

I then visited you again yesterday to find out what is happening. I was informed that the change to prepaid was not successful, however I didn't get notified and nobody knows why this was unsuccessful. I was promised that you will find out and call me with the detail.
AGAIN, This never happened.

I tried to call your shop now, since driving there and wasting another hour seems unnecessary, however your phone on the website: 071 856 5024 says you are unavailable. Your Telkom listed no: 083 2128542, is incorrect.

I do not use this phone at the moment, so the R750/month charged is lost EVERY MONTH.
Because of your bad service, i was charged another R750 and we are headed for yet another R750 in 2 weeks. Thus POOR SERVICE costing me R1500 (so far)
