Mess with change of service

A request was put in for line 021 557 5542 to be changed from one owner to another on 1 August.
As well as change to prepaid on 1 AUGUST. The current owner is still living in the house and need the phone on a daily basis - AND ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS THIS NUMBER CHANGE TO PREPAID... what part of 1 August do they not understand!!! After this happened a few times I told this Ms Pretorius to rather cancel this prepaid request and that I will again apply for this on 1 August (purely because of their incompetency)... AND THIS MORNING AGAIN!!! CHNAGE TO PREPAID!!! The poor couple in the house cant use their OWN phone because of this!!!
AND NOW MS PRETORIUS IS NOT IN THE OFFICE???
