Cellc not sticking up to their prt of the contract

Endless dropped calls and calls not connecting, sim swap done as requested, same problem.paying for a contract but not getting the service, endless calls to 145 140.ask for network form, week later and email inbox only has a statement.asked to speak to teamleader on 6aug 2013, was busy. week later still no call back.

want to end contract without it costing me money, the phone is not working. i dont want it any more.ref no given at about a month ago, cell c not able to give it to me since i lost it. calls and complaints being escalated but still no respone, 2013-08-12 12h30 waiting 30 minutes for cancelation dept and still on hold???

What more should i do? cellc is supercharging on bad service and not on customer relations.

Still paying the contract each month, strange how calls are being hold when you call 140 but not when you make calls???

Give me a call cell c, it will be nice for a change
