I have had one to many bad experiences with Cellc. Been a contract subscriber for - 8 years.
1.I cannot remember when last I had a phone conversation with someone without the call being dropped by the network, cell c cannot provide a phone call without dropping the call. Paying for a service that is not working.2.No customer service from call Centre, they have no clue about anything what so ever,
3.Have another contract for internet on red bull mobile with cellc - the internet is never working the connection is so slow takes a view hours to open a page. Been complaining nothing gets done, paying for a service that is not working.4.My iPhone screen has recently cracked and needs to be replaced. Sandton City cell c told me it will take up to 21 Days to get repaired by cellc insurance, and also cannot provide me with a lend phone and also can not say when they might be able to... terrible service.
Drove all the way to Sandhurst Cell C to try and get some sort of better service, waited 20 min to be helped then being helped by a very unhelpful consultant in the show room, they also cannot provide me with a loan phone to date, it's been since April 3. Don't do business with cell C
