Yesterday i reported this matter as follows on nashus facebook page: I just spoke to a consultant by the name of Kara Jackson she refused to direct my call to the manager with regards to an issue that i had reported in june and still havent received any feedback from the consultant by the name of Motsie Ratsomo. I have previously reported that I dont have cellc network coverage at my house and thus requested nashua mobile to assist, i sent through a form to customer service cell c they didnt come back to me and i escalated the matter to cell c which they assigned my matter to Motsie whom since hasnt came back to me. now when i request to talk to a manager he tells me the manager is busy after making me hold for 40 minutes... please help here im getting frustrated by the day.
