You asked me to complete a "Coverage Template" to enable MTN to investigate coverage issues in the Sonheuwel Nelspruit area.
It's now 15 WORKING DAYS (18 days) later and the only feedback I get from MTN is...
"Please be advised that communication has been sent to the coordinator assigned to the case fro (sic) feedback"
Who is this coordinator???
I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting from MTN!!!
MTN your customer service is nonexistent!!!
