Cell C does it better!!!

I applied for a new data contract on Thursday afternoon and I was told that I need to wait 1 to 2 days for approval. I dont know why this is the case for someone who has been a customer of MTN for more than 10 years and just last year received a new cellphone contract immediately. I still did not receive a call and went to the branch myself. The gentlemen had checked on the system that Pam dealt with it and said that Pam will be in at 13:30 p.m. I was at the store at 13:05. Not sure if he expected me to come back or wait for her. I receive a completely blank response but thereafter he is suddenly able to assist after I questioned him about what I supposed to do. So all the while able to assist but not interested in doing so. I thereafter receive the goods about 40 mins later with no information whatsoever and no enquiry if there was anything else he could assist with. At Cell C they even asked to give me a convenient number linked to my Cell number. Now thats thoughtful. Its discouraging to see consultants walk around with Cell phones stuck to their ears and no one with a willingness to assist. Now thats terrible customer service right there!!!
