I took out an telephone contract at Nashua Mobile Checkers Centre George in December 2011. Since December 2012. I experienced problems with my Blackberry Curve 9360, number 0838254433. The scroll button didn't work properly and the screen turned purple. After sending it back twice the tecknicians insist to repair the speaker that we don't experience any problems with. Scared the phone comes back and the speaker that has been tampered with will be broken we asked them to repair the speaker, scroll button and screen. After 7 months they returned the phone several times without repairing it. We paid an amount of R980 for repairs, only to find the scroll button still doesn't work properly and the screen still turns purple. Now the battery is also of no use and they urge us to buy a new one. The battery doesn't work because due to the fact that the battery was dormant for 7 months. We again sent it back and still haven't heard from them since. Is the problem with Nashua Mobile or Blackberry? Why do I have to pay a contract fee of R400 per month with no service? I am realy upset with this situation. I explained that I don't want to fight - I realy need to solve this problem.
