Hello Peter... Nashua Mobile reacted on my complaint the previous time, but unfortunately nothing was done to the LCD screen on my daughter's contract phone - now going for 8 months of sending the phone for repairs and back. I even bought a new battery but with no success. I've learnt from another company that it isn't even a big problem. This company can repair the phone for R450 by replacing the LCD screen and I don't have to wait longer than 20 min. I've been waiting since January this year and pay R400 per month for the contract that she can only use the airtime. She borrows a phone from a friend. For 8 months she had no use of her own phone. I also paid R1000 for the repairs done without success. I am so tired to accept such unacceptable situations in our modern South Africa. What are you going to do?
