Submitted my phone for repairs

I submitted my phone for repairs on the 29th of June 2013, it does not charge and was told it will take 10 days to be repaired, i waited for the 10days and decided to phone them on Friday the 12th to follow up, i found this Lady and gave her my cellphone no. she told me she can't find it, I must give her my IMEI no. of which i didn't have and with a bad attitude and i don't care voice saying then that 's not my problem I cannot help you, I let it go that moment.

Then I decided to go back today the 15th of July, so she just asked me did you accept the quote? I asked what quote, she wrote the amount down and showed me and amount of almost R3000.00, I then asked what is this for, she says your phone screen is dead and they need to fix it, I then told her but I submitted my phone for not charging, she just said No, the workshop does not fix one thing and leave the other if they found fault, I then ask her why i was never informed, she said we tried to call you, but I never received any voice message, she just asked are you accepting the quote or not, I told her i do not have money and she just said do you want your phone back? I just took my phone and left, what is this?
