I took a laptop on contract last year February, of which i was paying R218.00 a month, then suddenlly on August the same year i was double billed when i went to query it i was told that one of the employees has used my details to take a laptop for himself.
i logged a query with 8ta and was instructed to make an affidavid which i did and was told it would be sorted out, it stil hasnt been sorted out till this day and now i have been handed over to the debtors for not paying for the second laptop.
now my name is been draged in the mud all because of 8ta's incompetenece and the scheme they call a business
