This goes to Afrizon and Vodacom, on the 22nd November 2011 i called the Vodacom direct sales to find out if they had any Laptops available on contract, and i was told that they had run out of stock. Then on the 23rd November 2011 i get a call from Siphiwe of Afrizone stating that he got my details from Vodacom and He has what i want. Done everything telephonically and my laptop was delivered on the 5th of December 2011.
All was fine, until i called vodacom to find out when is the exact expiry date and to my surprise i was told 2014, when i asked how come 2014? they said its a 36 months contract and not 24 months.

After i tell the guys at call center that I was told its a 24 Months contract and not 36 months, every one started to gime a run around, was told to call direct sales dep, after sales dep as well as homemark which i never mentioned when i took out the contract.
all i want is Vodacom and afrizon to change my contract to 24.
