I have been with Cellc for too long now. I have again decided to buy the 200gig Data once off bundle saturday 13/07/2013. Wow it was great saturday but that's where it ended. Yesterday evening NO connection. Can't get into cellc website and quess what tonight AGAIN!! The worst is that I think it's ME just to call the centre and they tell me: technicians are working on the issue!!! Why not send an sms out stating there are issues with the connections? I would assume that is more proffessional.
I have reset the settings on my cell phone a million times just to NOT WORK and give proxy errors!!! I would like to get my money back as this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Worst thing is I am now using a vodacom modem!!! Everybody is complaining!! But Cellc hides the fact that they have an issue. Isn't it my right to know???
