Tried to apply for a Vodacom contract today... Thought I would do it online as they offer better specials online. So the lady phones me from Vodacom asks me quiet a few questions, I happily answer every question and after all that she tells me "Sorry your application was declined" when I asked why she simply replied " I dont know". She then went on to say that it is usually because a person is not registered with ITC yet I have a credit card and a clothing account with Mr Price! So how come Mr Price and Nedbank think im worthy of thousands of rands but Vodacom wont even give me a contract of R300 odd rand?? The worst part is they dont even give you a valid reason why your application was declined??? I have a good Credit rating... a good salary... So why not??? She then said i must try again in 30 days... What the is going to change in 30 days??? I cant try to fix whatever the problem is because VODACOM wont tell me!!! I have never had problems with vodacom but this is absolutely disgusting... Maybe i should try MTN or Cell C... they will atleast tell me why it was declined!!!
