I was trying to apply for blackberry 9320 contract on an online chat with vodacom. I had applied for Samsung Galaxy S4 last month and was declined so I thought I'd get a cheaper contract, can I just copy and paste the conversation:
Xolani: Sorry Miss Yeki You were declined on the 04th of this month, try again after 2 months
Me: I was declined for Samsung Galaxy
Me: Can you not check if I qualify for blackberry 9320?
Xolani: The fact of the matter is you were declined you do not meet our credit criteria
Xolani: You cannot qualify for anything unfortunately.
Xolani: Thank you for choosing Vodacom. Have a great day _Power to you.
