OUT OF BOX FAILURE

On the 8th of July 13 my fiance & I went to the gateway store to get new contracts we settled on getting the Blackberry 9790.When we got home we realised that the unlock button on my phone was faulty &; it didn't unlock as easily as his did the next day we went back to the store and I was told that it needed to go to Jhb to be checked &; they will call me within 7 days. I had to call them on 16th of July only for them to tell me that the OBF had been rejected and that I would receive my phone latest Friday (19 July). When I called them on Friday they said they didn't receive it yet & that it would be in on Monday (today) &; they will call me. Still no call from Cell c. If I don't receive a new phone from cell c I will cancel my contract. Phones of the same brand shouldn't have differences. Disappointed.
