Good day. please help because ag sellular can't. i received a top up contrack from them - ag chrome . i pay R399. the first payment went off on the 28/6. we contacted them and mtn as i received 2 mtn simcards. after that we try to activate the sim cards, ag sellular cant even pick my details up on there system. but there are taking my money, the one simcards does not work, sel no: 0836594113. the other one, witch is in my phone at the monent, is very confusing. i can sms, even sent a please call me and when they phone me back. the no belongs to someone else, i don't reveice my airtime. the other person received it. i don't even know that person. the issued 1 no to 2 diff people. how is that possible? ag can't help me and i have also a problem on the phone, for what they told me, they don't pick me up on there system. but taking my money??
