Took out a contract and not activated

We phone Anton Gouws to install the StarSat system for us and we signed a 12 month contract.. He installed it and we had to phone to active the StarSat system. The installer then had to fax through the contract later in the day. The lady at the call centre activated it and we we're able to have television for about a week. Now the system is showing that we haven't paid and the call centre is saying that we are registered on a prepaid pay method. The lady at the call centre, Nicolene, said that she was going to phone us back in 30 min. It's 2 hours now and she hasn't phoned back again. Another call center operator said he cannot help us because the contract should be supplied by the installer. The installer's phone is either dead or he ends the call when we phone him. This is VERY BAD service and I will strongly suggest that people shouldn't buy this new Smart Sat @#$@#!
