We were at mnt so we moved over to vodacom... I feel like crying and SCREAMING!!! So a while ago we had a problem with reception after almost 3 days we were back on line but it, come and go. So a very nice lady from vodacom phoned me telling me next time I must Quote the same old ref. so that they can fix the problem. I was informed that we must request a "BOOSTER" for our area. So I phoned in to 082111 o my ...!!
What a joke the first 2 times when they pick up I was cut off. So after the 3 call they answer. NO NO NO NO!!! So I gave her the rev. no and she keep on telling me they will come back in 24 hours!!! WHAHAHA. The more I am trying to explain that we must quote this nr the less she understand. So I told her to find out... for almost 8 min I had to wait, (while it sound like a shebeen in MIDDEL of AFRICA in the back!!!) then she just put me on hold without telling me for another 6 min I hold and she said the Tec name Ark will phone me back in a hour. I can not even call it service for it was none existing and the lady in NOT VERY BRIGHT... after a while I thought she must be wearing a BLOND WIG!!! and I am still waiting for a CALL BACK!!!? no service!!
