Dissatisfying service

I applied for a contract. With in the consultation the lady asked me questions upon wish i answered every thing. The consultant "Prudance" said that it have been approved and i would receive my phone in this week, most likely today (the 18th). This morning when i phone to find out what the status is on my delivery, the consultant said that it is still pending for validation since they don't have a valid land line nr. Upon that i gave them a nr.. Later when i phoned again they told me that they cant get thought to the nr but the company never received any calls. Hour later i phoned again and asked to talk to the lady that handled my application they told me she is busy she i must leave my details and she will phone me back immediately after she is done on the phone. About a hour later i phoned again to speak to her the they said she is busy on the phone again they take my details. Then i asked for a manager, they let me hold on for a few min and came back and said he is in n meeting he will phone me if he is done in the meeting its about 2hour later and still waiting... What level of service is this for a new customer.
