Since 02 July, 2013 I have been trying to cancel insurance for a phone that is no longer on the MTN contract.
I have called the MTN Insurance department call centre on numerous occasions and i always have to listen to the automated voice message for more than 45 minutes.
On 08/07/2013 i called the pre paid call centre 173, where i was given an email, to address my concerns to [Email Removed] but have not received a response.
When purchasing the phone 2yrs ago my insurance was sorted in less than 5 min, I fail to understand why i am not able to receive the immediate attention now?
Very angry customer, because they will continue running the debit on my account.
