Running monthly debit orders on a closed account

Its always amazing how companies seem to have a sense of entitlement on someones bank account. I sent through a cancellation letter in May 2012 and i was told to send it to [Email Removed] can be verified if they keep recordings), and when the cancellation wasnt effected i called the ADT call centre and was told i had been given a wrong email address and needed to resend to a customer care email address. I sent this end of june for an effective date in July yet nothing was done This was acknowledged because i got a call from someone confirming that they had recieved my cancellation letter, whats amazing is ADT has not stopped running debit orders on my account to this day and whats even strange now is they have cancelled my account as of the 1st of February 2013 yet they have deducted R475 from my account again for the month of March. Calling the call centre is a waste of time, i called twice today 28/02/2013, and on both occasions after being on the phone for more than 20 minutes i was disconnected, all i asked is that i speak to someone who can resolve this. ADT owes me more than R4275 and this needs to be refunded to me as soon as possible.
