I have been trying to cancel my cellphone insurance for weeks. Everytime I call the insurance line and follow the voice prompts, I never get through to anyone. I hold for 8 minutes and longer without a response. I have tried atleast 6 times. I have tried calling the MTN direct call centre and they have tried to put me through numerous times and I either get cut off or hang on for ages. I asked an agent to send the insurance department a request. Ref: 100605289 29.05.13 and to date I have not received a response. Instead, I am paying premiums every month.
