I took out VM insurance on my car which was supposed to start on 1 Feb 2013. I then later decided against it and wanted to stop the insurance. I sent an email to [Email Removed] twice to ask them to stop my policy and advice me on the steps I need to take. The insurance haven't kicked in yet and I also didn't take my car for a checkup.

I sent the email on 21/1/13 and 28/1/13 and received an automated reply that it was received, nobody contacted me. This is the contact advertised in all the emails that I received from them for any queries.

And now the debit order has gone down, for insurance I don't want, please contact me to cancel my policy and refund my money.
