I cancelled my insurance cover with FFW on the 28 January 2013. I sent the cancellation letter to the email address given to me by their retention agent, this email was just read and i did not receive a response. Today i get a debit notification for them. So i call their call centre, they make me wait 10 minutes on hold before dropping the line. So who do i speak to now to correct this, besides the Ombudsman (which i will be contacting in 2 days if i do not receive a response from them)?
