A Previous report I wrote on MTN about closing off my account and the billing errors, MTN responded by apologizing, and then confirming that I have a refund pending from them for -R258.00. This account was closed in May 2013 and I received the refund last month. After this was sorted out, MTN again try to deduct money off my account. once my bank informed me of this I stopped the debit order. I called the 083 1808 number provided on my statement, and now It shows I am in arrears again. after holding for -9 minutes I was informed a manager will call me back
MTN, please try to understand my frustration. I'm not on hellopeter to complain, I just want this sorted out.
