No response after a month!!

On 20-05-2013 I mailed the Debt Review department to request a refund on my cheque account.
I had a stop order on a Nedbank debit order but still RD fees was added to my account.
Yesterday when I spoke to 3 separate ladies in this department I got 3 different answers.
1 @ 12:14 - I can just go into any branch and they will refund, unfortunately this call was disconnected before Nobulali could finish.
2 @ 15:37 - This case was closed in May already cause there is no debit order active on the account. I know there isn't, that isn't the issue - I WANT A REFUND. To top this, I wasn't even informed that the case was closed, had no feed back on the "case". Porsha
3 @ around 16:15 - Never got a decent reply as I was on hold for over 10 minutes.

I want to know how long must I still wait to get a decent reply & refund on this request. It is 5 months RD fees that needs to be paid back into my account as there was a valid Stop Order on this particular debit order.
