I closed my account in February 2013 and they told me it will only be closed end of March, I accepted that. In June they still deduct money of my account I phoned and they said sorry the will close it immediately. It is now October 2013 and I saw on my account they still deduct money off my account and the bank charges every month is R16 for the debit order. So it cost me from april R112 in bank cost alone. How can I get these incompetant people to repay me with bank charges? I am fed up to phone and get the result that it have been closed and the next month they still deduct money of my account. That is illegal on their side.
