You sign a debit order for a 20Gig contract with 8ta, for a few months everything goes well. Then suddenly you have zero coverage or very little. 8ta says then need to fix a tower which will take at least 6 months. Note that mean time you are still paying full monthly payment for a service that is non existent or not always provided. Then to your shock and horror 8ta for some unexplained reason hands to over to a debit collection company 'new debt' who deducts from your bank account without your authorization or knowledge over R900. To this day no one from 8ta has contacted you or returned your calls or many many emails in regards to this. You also have no idea why this was done or if it will happen every month.
8ta we want to know in writing why you go out of your way to lose customers by preforming illegal deductions! We want to know when we will be refunded, and we want monthly statements as well as answers as to why our coverage has not been repaired as yet. As far as I am aware it is you 8ta that is in breach of contract.
